TCPA Disclosure

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, is a federal law that restricts telephone solicitations and the use of automated telephone equipment. The TCPA limits the use of automatic dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, SMS text messages, and fax machines, and requires prior express written consent from consumers before certain types of calls or messages may be placed.

By submitting your information through our quote request form, you may receive the following types of communications from Ring the Pros and its network of home improvement contractor partners:

• Phone calls from licensed contractor representatives
• Automated telephone calls using auto-dialing systems
• Calls using artificial or prerecorded voices
• SMS/text messages regarding your home service request
• Follow-up communications about estimates, scheduling, and promotions

These communications may occur even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry, because you have provided prior express written consent by submitting our form.

Your consent is obtained at the time you submit a quote request on ringthepros.com. Before you click the “Continue” button on the phone number step of our form, you are presented with the following consent language (verbatim):

By providing your phone number and clicking “Continue,” you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages, including via automated telephone dialing systems (auto-dialers) and/or artificial or prerecorded voices, from Ring the Pros and its network of home improvement partners at the phone number you provided, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry. You understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your consent is recorded with a timestamp and the full consent text, and a TrustedForm certificate is generated to document the consent session.

Your consent to receive calls and messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may request a quote by calling us directly at 1-800-RING-PRO if you prefer not to provide electronic consent.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time:

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive
• Phone calls: Request removal from our call list during any call
• Email: Contact us at privacy@ringthepros.com with your opt-out request

Please allow up to 10 business days to process opt-out requests. Note that opting out of Ring the Pros communications does not automatically opt you out of communications from individual contractor partners who have already received your lead.
