Ring the Pros is not a licensed contractor and does not perform any home improvement services directly. We do not employ Contractors, and Contractors are not agents of Ring the Pros. Any relationship formed between you and a Contractor is entirely between you and that Contractor.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to use the website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RING THE PROS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
